Meet the real agents fronting our new campaign

Last year, Zoopla became the first property portal to put real agents at the heart of a major marketing campaign, and we're proud to announce that we're doing it again.

We’ve selected 5 new customers to appear alongside Kate Gostelow, our original campaign star, as the campaign takes to the streets (and screens) for a second time.

From today, our new series of adverts will be live locally in the North West until mid-September, spotlighting some of the incredible agents who make moves happen in their area. Our chosen agents will see their names in lights (and their faces up on billboards) as they take the leading role in our advertising campaign, across out of home and paid digital.

So, without further ado, meet our campaign stars from Manchester, Liverpool, and the surrounding areas...

As the director of a new property business, how is Zoopla helping?

"We’ve invested heavily into Zoopla valuation leads, taking 6 or 7 areas. 2 or 3 instructions I’ve had recently have come from those leads. I loved attending the Property Pitch roadshow in Manchester and as someone who loves data, I always tune into Richard Donnell’s market insights."

Has Zoopla been with you throughout your career?

“This is my 23rd year in property! I’ve worked for small independent agents all the way up to big corporate estate agents, and I’ve used Zoopla right from its very beginning - I’m dead excited to be involved with this campaign.”

How do you use Zoopla in your day-to-day job as a branch director?

“I really like seeing the listing histories for the area and valuation data on Zoopla, it’s a level of information you can’t get from other portals. When I get a valuation lead in, I go to Zoopla first to get information about local sold prices that I can reference to the seller.”

What was your reaction to hearing about this campaign and getting asked to be involved?

“The fact Zoopla is spending money in our region and putting us in a marketing campaign is amazing for us. It’s great to be recognised, and it’s a massive compliment to have been selected.”

Do any moments stand out for you in using Zoopla for your business?

“One memorable valuation lead we had recently that came from Zoopla was for an end-terrace home right next to the Liverpool FC ground at Anfield - it had a massive Steven Gerrard mural on the side of it and that listing generated loads of press interest!”
