Rich is the Chief Operating Officer at Zoopla, overseeing the day-to-day running of the business. He is recognised for growing Zoopla’s consumer proposition, shaping product strategy, delivering customer value and driving operational excellence. Before joining Zoopla in 2023, Rich founded Mojo Mortgages in 2017 and built it into one of the UK’s largest online mortgage brokers, which was acquired by RVU in 2021.
