We’re pleased to announce that Persimmon Homes, one of the UK’s largest homebuilders, has signed a new 3-year partnership following our strong performance over 2025.
The builder will list all its developments and leverage our suite of listing and brand awareness products. This will keep driving more high-quality buyer enquiries while boosting Persimmon’s brand awareness among high-intent audiences actively searching for their next home.

We’ve invested heavily to unlock greater performance for the new homes industry over the last year. Persimmon has benefitted from a 46% increase in high quality new home buyer leads over H2 2025 compared to the prior year.
This increase is a result of improved visibility of new homes across the Zoopla website and consumer search experience. We’re continually promoting the benefits of new-build properties to consumers and introducing new features such as the ability to search by developer.
Persimmon will use Zoopla’s audience targeting products to boost brand awareness amongst buyers. They’re already using Gateway Ads, and Persimmon-branded adverts were viewed 63 million times by Zoopla visitors in 2025.
Our In-Search Ads are another win for Persimmon, giving the homebuilder a consistent brand presence across our search results pages.
