Brand new: giving users more information about an area 🤝

Happy new year! The first of 2025’s product updates is a big one, and I’m excited to tell you all about it. We’ve officially made it free for logged in Zoopla users to access information about local planning applications, crime rates and flood risk data.

Why is this a big deal? 👀

This enhanced area information will now be accessible to all desktop and tablet users for free, once they have signed in.

Our latest research shows that 50% of house hunters carry out their property searches 5-10 miles away from where they currently live, with 32% looking further afield at properties 10 miles or more miles away 🎯🏡 Providing these users with more information about an area will help them to be better equipped when it comes to making those all-important moving decisions.
